1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dewi11 platform – including the website at dewi11.st, the Android application, and any related services – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits, betting, gaming, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and communication with our support team. dewi11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one dewi11 account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, phone number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method – is a breach of these Terms. dewi11 may close all associated accounts and withhold balances in cases of duplicate registration.

When creating your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. dewi11 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. Do not share your credentials with anyone. dewi11 will never ask for your password through any channel. OTP verification is available and recommended. Enabling two-factor authentication reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. dewi11 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on dewi11 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking and local e-wallets. The specific methods available to you will be displayed in your account's deposit section at the time of transaction.

Deposits made to your dewi11 account must come from a payment source that belongs to you. Third-party deposits – where the source of funds belongs to someone other than the registered account holder – are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be communicated within the platform. dewi11 does not charge deposit fees, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. dewi11 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

dewi11 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods for betting or wagering.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. dewi11 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. Standard processing is completed within the timeframe displayed in the platform's withdrawal section. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed identity verification.
• There is a pending investigation related to the account.
• The withdrawal request is associated with a bonus or promotion that has active wagering requirements not yet met.
• The payment method details provided do not match the account holder's verified identity.

Balances associated with accounts found to be in breach of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on dewi11 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. Bet settlements are final once confirmed by the system or the relevant provider. In the event of a technical error or data feed failure, dewi11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.

Sports betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time, including during live events, at dewi11's discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured unless the event is declared void under the applicable sporting rules.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus funds credited to your account may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dewi11 platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game assets, text, graphics, and software – is the property of dewi11 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the dewi11 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of dewi11's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

dewi11 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary service outages, maintenance windows, or factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dewi11's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

dewi11 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions, account security failures caused by the player, or use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

12 Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the dewi11 Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

13 Amendments and Termination

In the event of termination for breach, any balance associated with the breach may be withheld.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard verification procedures. Account closure does not release you from obligations incurred prior to closure.
